A two part, elevated temperature epoxy resin of high viscosity is being used. It can be cooked up to 350F. The three layers of fiberglass are wet out and waiting for peel ply, breather and vacuum bagging - above right. Wet out used only 43% resin based on the weight of the dry fiberglass.
 

 

Maximum vacuum obtained on this part was 28.9-29.0" Hg. Photo on the right shows resin wetting through in spots on the breather, just under the vacuum bagging film.
