Steel framework during custom fabrication. As currently shown the oven has an interior space of 6 feet tall, 6 feet deep and 12 feet wide. One of the six heating elements can be seen on its mounting framework, on the floor of the oven. Each is 1680 watts, for a total of 10,080 watts for all six of the 32" long heating elements. The oven can either work as one large oven or a vertical divider can be placed in the center to use one or both of the two zones separately. Each zone will use its own temperature probe, temperature controller and solid state relay to control temperatures.
